Surface treatment

We provide services related to surface treatment, which is a process applied to the surface of a material to make it better in some way, in particular machine parts. It is a possible way to obtain sufficient resistance against environmental attack, including oxidation, without spoiling the required mechanical properties of the substrate. It also increases the lifetime and determines the final appearance of the element and its structure.

Scope of our services in the field of surface treatment:

  • Anodizing Aluminium

The parts made of aluminum are anodized and a layer of aluminum oxide is formed on the metal surface. This leads to an improvement in the surface properties of the anodized material. Anodizing increases resistance to corrosion and wear, and provides better adhesion for paint primers and glues than bare metal does; and at the same time improves the aesthetic values of the workpiece.
We perform soft (decorative) anodizing in natural color, producing coatings with a thickness of 5 – 25 µm. Our anodizing plant can process elements of maximum dimensions 2400 x 450 x 1300 mm (L/W/H) made of various aluminum alloys.

  • Rotary machining with the Roto-Finish machine

This method replaces manual pre-treatment and prepares the elements for the subsequent processes. The centrifugal finishing machine deburrs, dulls and rounds edges, degreases, removes scale and rust, grinds, smoothens and polishes. This modern method of surface treatment is several times faster than traditional methods, thus ensuring high efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
